Our Insurer

For more than 15 years Hannover Re have been a major reinsurer of Insurance Facilitators business, and from 1 June 2016 International Insurance Company of Hannover SE “Inter Hannover” through its Australian Branch became our insurer for all our agricultural products in Australia.

 

Inter Hannover had been conducting insurance business in Australia since 2005 with the Australian Branch opening in 2008.

 

On the 1st January 2019 Inter Hannover re-branded as HDI Global Specialty SE following a joint venture between Hannover Re and HDI Global, underwriting more than €1 billion in premium volume at the start of year (2019)

Target Market Determination (TMD)

TMD applies to the Domestic Property and Motor Vehicle Sections of the Farmsure Policy Wording & PDS 2021 dated 1st May 2021 and any applicable Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (together the PDS).

The TMD product application process has been designed to guide customers directly to the product most likely to meet their needs and objectives based on their responses to the questions in our product application.
